purplephone Hi Katie, It is probably what you are mentioning above, but just in case it is not, I just wanted to friendly mention, the USPS website is saying shipping label created, but they do not have it...But you definitely dropped it off to them, right? The postal system doesn't have currently, according to the tracking website...can you please just kindly confirm with your postal office that they actually have it please? Thanks!
