mbk2017 @katiechaknos It’s very unclear as to what happened as the original response to my email from PM was that the sweater had been rerouted to an updated address for you and that you received it. I again mentioned you did not receive it and now I have a new email saying it’s in route back to me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ They are emailing me another shipping label. As soon as I receive the sweater I’ll send it back out. 😆 thanks for being so patient :)
