Are you still selling your items, I purchased an item from you over 11 days ago and both myself and the poshmark team has reached out to you several times to determine why my item has not been shipped yet. My card was processed for the purchase the day after I purchased it yet you have been unresponsive to both myself and the poshmark team. Can you please respond to someone ASAP as to whether or not you are planning to ship the items I purchased
