ktgerl112 @mumsangel Hey! So sorry! It says "In Transit, Arriving Late. Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." On September 11 it arrived at the Louisville, KY distribution center. Not sure what the problem is but thats what it says when I look up the tracking number on USPS.

ktgerl112 @mumsangel I tried to file a claim on this package but it said that I can't file a claim until the delivery window has been exceeded. It said for Priority 2 day mail the window is between 15-60 days. I hope it shows up! I will keep you updated if I find out anything.

mumsangel Katie, in your description you said these were soft foot bed but they are the original Birk footbed which is hard. I have neuropathy in my feet and I can only wear the soft. I work at a department store that sells Birkenstock and soft footbed always has blue print and the print on these is black. I will have to return them, so do I need to go thru Poshmark or you?
