Hi Katie, I am writing about the Orolay coat you are interested in. I pulled it out of my closet to accept your offer, but I accidentally spilled something on sleeve. I’m afraid that you will no longer be interested in coat. Thank you for your offer and I am sorry it didn’t work out.
