I kindly gave you a refund so you didn't have to get the item with a broken lid. I'm sorry but if there is no communication then I have to resolve the issue alone which is what I did.

risa12345 I just wanted to let you know that I was actually suppose to receive 5 items today and yours is the only one that says delivered in mailbox but I don't have anything and the others say out for delivery but I doubt it cause the mail carrier would of brought it to my door.So I will wait till tomorrow and call post office or see if it was put in someone else's (hopefully) this has never happened so not sure what to do.Just letting you know what's going on and why I can't accept order.
