kej0003 @audriana1717 I contacted customer service about it. I will let you know what they say. I am hoping they will refund you and figure out a way to get the item back to me or credit me for it. Because now I am out that item as well.

kej0003 @audriana1717 I can't issue a refund once the package was delivered. I promise, I have tried. It is something that must be issued through customer service. If you click on the details from the purchase, you will see the order number. I would recommend contacting them since I have emailed them twice without a response.
