wooies23 Hi Katie! The string on the jeans, I just thought it was just stuck in the jeans. I thought I could feel it in the waist band, that’s why I only noted it being stuck. I never tried to dig it out to be honest. My kids never tie up their pants 🙄. I apologize if it’s not in there. I’m not sure if there is a way to return after accepting them. But I can talk with Customer Service if you’d like.
