lasears Hi! I have been checking your tracking information since I shipped it Monday. It has not been updated on my end since it went to the facility in Cincinnati. I contacted USPS and they didn't have any updated information either. I figured I should check with you, as the delivery date is set for today. Could you let me know if you have received it, or if you receive it tomorrow? Otherwise we can file a case to see where that darn thing went. Sorry and thank you!

lasears What they told me was that we can file a case, it can either be done online or over the phone and they will track it down. She said it may take them a couple days to track it down, but that they will start in Cincinnati do a search at each place between. I didn't want to file while I was on the phone because you have to give the buyer and seller information, and I wasn't comfortable doing so until I had contacted you! Let me know if it shows up tomorrow, if not I'll do the paperwork to find it.

klynntyler2 @lasears hey girly! I did get my package today! Thank you, I love everything! However I'm concerned about the shipping for your future orders! The box was torn to shred and then wrapped with multiple plastic bags. I'd mention it next time you ship something in case there is something valuable or breakable!
