Thank you for reaching out, and I genuinely hate to cause any issue for you, it's just that the dress smells heavily of cigarette smoke.. and maybe it was the tissue paper that it came wrapped in, I don't know.. I'm very sensitive to that smell and I just don't feel like I should pay to have a new dress dry-cleaned and don't even know if that would help. Structurally it's a beautiful dress and if it weren't for the odor I'd be thrilled to keep it.

brittanybao @knagel00 that's odd it would smell like anything because it's never even been opened from its packaging before? That's fine, but at the very least, you could have folded it nicely or put even a fraction of the care I put into wrapping your order, instead of crumpling and stuffing it back into its box. Just because you aren't keeping it, doesn't mean you should treat it like trash.

thriftpaigeedit Good Morning. I wanted to reach out as I was packing up your order of the Vintage Art Deco purse you purchased on Sunday. As I was getting it ready the chain accidentally got caught around something and broke at the attachment point inside the purse. I have never had anything like this happen and I am really sorry.
