katieanne1227 @vibeandthriveco I got the jacket today and it is in great condition and is beautiful but it won’t zip. There are 2 zipper tabs/little pieces missing on the side without the pull. 😓 I’m sorry, I wasn’t sure how to contact you other than here.

vibeandthriveco @katieanne1227 Hi there! glad you received the jacket! The zipper was functional when shipped and even tested ( I tried on jacket to make sure I didn't want to keep) The pull for the zipper was also attached. Without seeing a photo I am unsure of the damage as when it was sent it was functional.

katieanne1227 @vibeandthriveco it zips if it is flat. The pull is there but 2 teeth are missing within the zipper tract. How do I send a picture? If you try a few times you can get it to zip but you have to have it just right so it doesn’t lose the grip/traction and keeps zipping.
