katiakitty @kbakkila hello, my apologies I just saw this now. I was out of the country. I contacted posh multiple times about this order. I’ve never mixed up labels before. They said there was nothing they could do because you didn’t file the order as “incorrect item received” and choose to return the item for the correct item so I lost the money from the sale and the item sent to you by mistake. Obviously my fault. So I just cut my losses and will be even more cautious in the future.
