katejimenez12 @emillyyresendes Hi! Overall the bag was in decent shape. It was just as described and they had a really nice presentation in terms of packaging. I knew I was getting a used bag so my expectations weren't too high though. It arrived clean and only worn on the straps as noted. Hope this helps!
