nmverrusio Hi I just saw that there is a case open for the swimsuit that I sent you saying that the item is not as described. I’m just wondering what exactly is wrong with the item? I definitely did not spot any problems before I sent it out

katiewe @nmverrusio hi. I know I feel terrible I've never not accepted something before, but it said never worn in the description and it clearly looks worn. The tag has been cut out and the material looks like it's been stretched out by wear. I don't even think it's a large bc it fits like an xxl, but the tag is gone so no way to know. It's definitely not what I expected as far as condition. I can't accept it.

nmverrusio @katiewe is there not a small tag on the inside that says “L”? I tried it on but that was it. The item was never actually worn

katiewe @nmverrusio I'm not blaming you at all. I can see how you may not have noticed this. But someone clearly cut the tag and it is definitely stretched out even the elastic.
