hollypo @katiemanthey hi, I’m confused on your unhappiness about the dress. I washed and ironed the dress before I wrapped it and shipped it out. So it couldn’t have been “unclean.” I strive for 5 stars with each item. What was wrong with it?

katiemanthey @hollypo when I received it, it had 3 orange stains around the collar and there is also one stain towards the bottom that I can not get out.

hollypo @katiemanthey I record all sales before I ship out. I just looked at them and do not see any stains! Plus I know I ironed the collar the morning I shipped out and didn’t see any stains at all. I’m really confused 🤷🏽‍♀️
