lovelythorn Hi Katie! I'm not sure if you saw my message I left you on the listing of the hat I purchased from you, but I just received it and it is sadly not the hat you listed. You listed a hat with a long braided cord with feathers, and the one I received does not have feathers, isn't braided, and isn't long. The color of the hat is different too. Definitely not the hat that was listed or I was looking forward to receiving. I'm sure this was an honest mistake. Please respond :)

katiemetchik @regleigh Hi! I'm wondering if the suede rope with the feathers fell off in the box or something. The first image I posted of this hat is the exact hat I sent. The image of the black and copper are the same hat but in different colors. Is the cream-ish beads attached on the front of the hat ?
