Katie, I am so embarrassed. I am usually meticulous about my sales and I didn’t even notice the heel pads or a chip in the design. If you would like to send them back, please contact Poshmark and I can refund the money. If you decide to keep them, I am wondering if some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball would take off the glue. Hi Katie! I’m the one who accidentally received your dress in the mail, and I believe you received my shorts. I shipped the dress out last week so I hope you received it!
