Hi! I’m Katie & 95% of my wardrobe is VS PINK—I live in yoga pants and Campus tees & love finding those Hard to Find pieces to add to my massive collection! kaydeekate22 @bellasattic did you read my comment from earlier? The capris were supposed to be regular pants...I double checked the listing in case I overlooked something but it definitely says pants. If you could switch these out with another pair of the flared yogas I would be more than satisfied.

bellasattic @kaydeekate22 I’m more then willing to do that. But when you open a case with Posh it takes that option away from me. It’s something I would have to pay out of my own pocket to send you the correct pair of pants...

bellasattic @kaydeekate22 I did read what you said, I didn’t see where you said they were capris, but I understand now. As I said, I was more then willing to ship you the double of the pair that you liked from your order, out of pocket. Now that Posh is involved I’m unsure how it works. I’ve never had this happen before....

kaydeekate22 @bellasattic I only opened a case bc earlier you said sorry for the mix up and that you had another pair of the regular flared yoga pants to switch them out so when you asked for me to let you know...I thought that's what you wanted me to do....I'm sorry... I've never had an issue where I had to switch something. Let me know what you need me to do.

bellasattic @kaydeekate22 I’m really unsure....I believe Posh will probably resolve the issue by refunding your money....I’m not really sure to be honest. I’ve never had this happen before. So I’m not new to it. Has Posh responded to you yet? I’m really sorry for all this trouble. 😔

kaydeekate22 @bellasattic I'm so sorry - I didn't know this would cause you all this trouble! I haven't received anything from them yet but I'm going to see if I can cancel the case so we can fix this ourselves. Again, I'm so sorry - honestly I thought I was reporting the issue to you, not to PM. I just assumed that I would have had to send the capris back in order to switch them for the pants.

kaydeekate22 @elytorre Please don't feel bad...honestly I never would have been able to tell they were RX lenses without trying them on, so I totally understand how you missed it. I did try to find regular replacement lenses online but I just haven't had any luck yet. :(So yes I would love to switch them out for the other pair. That would be great..just let me know what to do :)
