sfjules Hi. Thanks for your order for the 2 S& D necklaces. Q: So you docked off a star rating because you were bummed that an extender wasn't part of it when you also wrote it was never listed? You never asked me before ordering it too.

lumchop87 @sfjules sorry for being unclear...the Sutton was listed as not having the extender (I knew that and was fine with it). The red Bliss necklace is also supposed to have an extender/chain in the back. Since it wasn't noted as missing in the necklace description I was assuming it was included, but it wasn't.

sfjules @lumchop87 sorry I just don't understand the logic of docking points off my rating when I forgot to list or state that it was included or not and when you never asked and you just assumed?

lumchop87 @sfjules it was part of the necklace, so it should have been included. Like I said, they were both beautiful necklaces. I also could have asked, but it is the norm for S&D necklaces to include all pieces as they are able to be worn multiple ways. W/O the extender the necklaces are incomplete. Not a big deal, but definitely a bummer as I have to order one now :(

sfjules @lumchop87 I'm going to put it to rest but I don't think anything should be included in anything that's sold on PM. I think that's why we're able to ask Qs on the forum prior to purchasing. These pieces were like new and I know I sold them to you at a great price considering new ones cost more than double what you paid. It's just upsetting that I've been docked a star bc of your assumption that an extender was being included. Thanks.
