libbychai Katie I left you a few messages on the item you just purchased (the sephora bag ) though in hindsight I should've probably also included a note inside the shipment . I feel terrible , the outside of the bag got a bit damaged when I was packing it up to ship. After you get it pls contact me so I can refund you whatever amount you feel is appropriate , whether partial or even full refund .
