orchid011 Sorry for the delay! I just dropped of your bag, i just wanted to let you know that i decided to send you a dust bag. I wanted to make sure that you received your bag in the new condition that it’s currently in. I tried my best to package it in a way that it wouldn’t get damaged. Also the handles are currently to the sides because of storage and shipping once you hang it for a couple for a couple hours or use it, the handles will return to normal.
