poshaeiou815 @katherine_emma have the rocket dog shoes i purchased shipped out yet? ... it's been 12 days since i purchased them and says they are still awaiting shipment... normally 3-5 days to ship is standard and although postmark has giving me the option to cancel the order as of 5 days ago i have not because i really want those shoes... could you please let me know the status?

katherine_emma @pookster2511 im truely sorry for the wait. If been have trouble with poshmark. I put in the wrong email when signing up, and ive been trying to get help from posh mark but its not work out.

poshaeiou815 @katherine_emma if you go to the app on your phone and scroll all the way down to the bottom you can download the shipping label in the app rather than waiting for the email situation to get situated....i understand theproblem with customer support as i had problems with my email as well
