I noticed the poor rating and I’m sorry you’re not pleased. I would have been happy refund your purchase. Unfortunately, they are labeled as I advertised them and I wear a 7.5/8. They fit me like all of my other shoes fit- I would have noted if I felt the sizing was off. Though I understand ratings are based on your opinion, I’m personally more inclined to complain to Sketchers regarding their shoe, not Macy’s for selling them.

I am sorry if it does not look that way, but I know what receipt I accidentally left in there and it was not those shoes.
