jalangenstein Hi Katie - I’ve just seen a notification that I was overcharged for the Polo boys flag T shirt. i’d accepted a private offer of $10 for shirt & $4.99 shipping. Instead, Poshmark ahas charged me $21.18. Can you hel p straighten this out? I took a screen shot at the time of the purchase. C/S has been notified however, they require that complaints go through a separate platform called Force.com which requires separate Username & passwords. It seems very involved.

jalangenstein @bugdootle Thank you. Poshmark sent me an email stating they will not be making the adjustment based upon a technicality. Perhaps you can cancel the order and re-list it for me to accept at the price I thought I was paying? I really do not want the item enough to pay the higher amount. I’ve opened a dispute against Poshmark with the bank.

bugdootle @jalangenstein hi, I just saw where they sent me a similar email. I tried to cancel the order but couldn’t because I’d already shipped it, the only thing I can think is you could open a case when you receive it and “return” it through Poshmark, but keep it instead of sending it back. You should be refunded but the item is yours.
