jacquelibby @kleigh44 I'm very disappointed in your review because I specifically asked if you were okay with a used item with wear and tear. Used with no other descriptors is a sale for an item that is as is. I would not have accepted the sale if you had any concerns. I posted pictures of the bag that showed the condition and the discoloration and would have gladly processed a return rather than a bad rating. I really enjoy poshing and I always answer any questions regarding the condition specifics.

jacquelibby Holes are very common in the corners of used longchamp bags and I positioned the bag to get the photos of the bottom- frayed/holed corners and all. I'm sorry you are displeased with your purchase as I have felt that way before and I really do hope you have better future posh experiences.

kleigh44 @jacquelibby you're right you did tell me. And I guess I just misunderstood. This was my first Longchamp so I didn't realize that was common. I was going to request to return it but it would not give me that option. I'm not sure why it did not show up. I honestly thought this was just a message you so I could try to do that. I in no way want to effect your future sales or reputation because of my rating. I'm happy to change it.

jacquelibby @kleigh44 I'm so sorry- I had to learn this lesson the really tough way too- you cannot return an item on posh once you've given a rating even if it's a bad rating Poshmark releases the funds to the seller. When you want to do a return you have to click problems with order and explain your reason. Sometimes they say ok other times they give you a credit if you keep the product. If the return is able to be processed they give you a new shipping label and you have 3 days to mail the item back.
