jaquij2004 @greydogdsgn doesn’t appear that your item will reach me until Monday . Normally if items are “ not as described “ Poshmark sends a return label , but that’s back to the seller and s refund is processed . Her and I traded , so I am not sure how this will work , considering she received my items several days ago

greydogdsgn @jaquij2004 sorry, dress is green. Zip front, cotton Sj Style. So I guess this means you’re getting my boots which I didn’t trade for I actually dropped $65. I sent a received wrong item last night after opening the package. But I have not heard back from the seller.

jaquij2004 @greydogdsgn she did respond , I believe she tag your name wrong . She stated she sent the wrong package to me , but I don’t have it yet . She said that I we should receive a return label soon . But her and I traded and she’s has my item , not sure how the refund and her sending me the item will work . In addition that’s waiting another week or so for this process 😔

greydogdsgn @jaquij2004 if you're ok with swapping shipping I think we can remove the need to return items via Poshmark. greydogdsgn @jaquij2004 well clearly that may be our only choice since I still have not heard back from @lynnann2617 and I ordered those boots to wear to an event at the end of the month. Hopefully she'll be able to send us a refund for the shipping. But at this point I'm just hoping for a reply to my messages...

This happened to me actually two weeks ago and I never heard from the other buyer, which is why I put you in contact with each other. Have you heard from Poshmark yet about how to proceed? They should send emails out with the correct shipping labels.

lynnann2617 Poshmark takes care of the shipping when this situation happens, but they would have emailed you a shipping label.

lynnann2617 @greydogdsgn agreed, but Poshmark has processes in place for this exact situation, so there are no complicated return procedures or anything. Once again, I sincerely apologize that this situation arose from my error. The other buyer should get a shipping label in the mail, and she should be able to ship the booties directly to you. I responded to both of you last night, telling you that I opened a report as well, and that Poshmark support would be in contact soon.

Please ship the items you received, "Green mock neck long sleeve dress", to its correct buyer using the shipping label included in this email. We have already requested the recipient of your correct order to do the same with shipping out your items.
