katiesav1 @prouduv hi, I’ve been busy with work to go to the post office. Not only that, but I live with a family member who is susceptible to COVID19. Going out of the way to the post office right now is risky, and so I hope you will understand that in between the work week and trying to be safe, that there might be a delay.

katiesav1 @prouduv The best solution would have been to have Poshmark be able to have UPS come do a pickup at my house, but you said Poshmark can’t assist. So I hope you understand I am working with the situation given to me, for something I didn’t do. Thanks.

prouduv @katiesav1 Yea, poshmark can't assist me with returning the item as the transaction of that item wasn't over the app. But I can send you a shipping label already paid and USPS can pick it up at your home. I can schedule the pick up to your house, if you don't have time to do it. I can help you with that. Also, let me know where I can send you the shipping label. Sorry I got you into to this as this was a mistake on my part. Thanks for understanding <33
