letter2elyse Sorry you didn’t feel the item you bought was clean enough. Considering they are used play shoes. That clearly show the condition they were in though the pictures.

katieduggin @workingwoman16, they did smell like cigarette smoke. That’s very weird. They’re outside on the porch airing out right now. I don’t want to penalize you for something that was maybe caused in transit!
