lindseygracegun Hi, I purchased the blue scout pocket rocket bag you had listed. Someone had commented and asked you about it's condition and you replied, think it's in good condition. No tears, holes, stains, etc. The fabric is very durable." It arrived and has holes on all 4 corners where the black part on the bottom has been worn through. I can send you a picture if you like but there is no place to attach one here. I wouldn't have purchased it if I'd know about the wear.

kcrumley @lindseygracegun I’m sorry, I responded at work without the bag in front of me and did not even look at the bottom before shipping. Is there a way I can knock off a few $$ from the price?? Haven’t done that before so not sure how to do that exactly but am happy to try and figure that out!

lindseygracegun I wouldn't have purchased it I had know it was like this. I will probably order a new one. I dont think it was intentional but I don't plan to use it.

sandyhagans Hi Katie 👋🏽 You purchased a pair of shoes from me, two tone Foot Mates. I was getting ready to ship them and noticed flaws (not bad but don't want to ship if not as described in pic or details), in top of the right shoe from being packed in bin with other shoes. I can't add a pic of it being that the sale is in process. I can cancel the order and add a pic of the flaw. Or I can continue the shipping process. It's all your call from here. 🤩
