@winstonhernande if Iโm selling on two different apps and my items are sold via the other app, do I just delete those items from my listings here? What would you recommend? I see that Poshers would mark manually as sold? Thank you in advance.

Great question๐ That depends, if you sold your item using twitter, timbler, FB... PM encourages the use if these selling tools. However, if itโs eBay or Swap Id delete the listing because those trade venues are direct competition with PM. Hope this helps. Glad to share suggestions๐ผ Happy Poshing๐๐ธ

Youโve been so helpful, thank you ๐ when you sell something really expensive under 500, do you get additional insurance? Or just use the prepaid label, drop it off at the USPS and just get a receipt?

@kdlong77 Another great question๐ I use the PM label. With that said, I dont have an item over $75 in my closet. You may want to add insurance for expensive items, just know that youโll pay the extra cost to insure the item and not the buyer. PM doesnt have a way to collect additional fees for insurance unless you discuss the fee in advance with your buyer and they agree for...

Really great question๐๐ There are scammers. Best practice is to reply, โI only communicate and sell through PM system.โ That way you are protected and can โopen a caseโ if anything goes wrong with a purchase or transaction and PM will handle the complete process. Hope this helps๐๐ธ

@elisemckenna1 for example ***kdlo is the last closet they shared. Thatโs their way of bookmarking where they last shared as more closets can sign up. You donโt have to use *** you can use anything you want just donโt use the @ sign because youโll tag someone! Makes sense?
