Hi, Sorry I missed the spots on the skirt, it’s a juniors item snd didn’t notice. Purchase a tide stick under $5 and cheese cloth in the kitchen area, Use The cloth under the fabric and the Tied stick pen on the spot, used cheese cloth on top and Pat, never rub and it will absorb the color. It will not just color, this is a great method dry cleaners use for expensive ties. Good luck
