geeanng I dropped off the package (jeans) but its not tracking yet. I just called UPS and they said the mail pick up is behind. I dropped it off yesterday. Sorry they are delayed at picking it up. Hope it is today. GG

rachellynn1129 So I have no information. I went there today and they said they dont have any packages from monday. I shipped your item and an item to another buyer at the exact same time. I dont understand how one got scanned and sent and yours didnt. They told me that because it wasn't at their store anymore then it was out of their hands. I am so sorry and frustrated. Because now my item is lost. I am going to see if I can get in contact with anyone higher up.

rachellynn1129 @kt_michele quick update. I went to ups today because a manager was there today. Apparently the shipments shipped through the us postal service, not ups. But ups accepts us postal service shipments. They only have one or two drivers who pick up from their store so the manager is going to get in touch with them and then call me back. I am so sorry for this mess.
