emmaedenco Hi Katie! I just got your love note! I am so happy your daughter loves the dress! I am unsure of how it got snagged. I looked it over before shipping and there were no snags. Is it possible maybe the belt snagged it during shipping? I’m really sorry about this!! I take pride in meticulously looking over each piece and ensuring it is in perfect condition before packaging.

emmaedenco @calebandkatie oh, thank you so much! I am glad it is fixable, though! If you need a tip on how to fix snags, I can totally help!! I use a needle and similar color thread and loop the thread around the snag and tie it, then push the needle through to the inside of the dress until the snag is gone, from there you tie it off and it’s good to go!
