30katiemckinnon @esqlawtina I did, and I’m so sorry! I emailed Poshmark earlier today to see what we can do. I definitely mailed the necklace you purchased; inside the box should’ve been tissue paper and the necklace. I’m not sure what happened or where the rubber band came from.
