@katiemody Hi, I’m tracking your new purse. Posh sent it to you after they authenticated it but looks like it cannot be delivered because there’s a problem with the address. I’m sure posh will take care of it but want to make sure you’re updated in the status.

@katiemody it happened to my sister before. The street address was misspelled. She had to call the post office and pick it up the next day; otherwise, it would have sent back to the sender.
I didn’t send it directly to you so i can’t verify the address but if you have time, it’ll help to contact your local post office tomorrow. I’m not sure if posh is doing their part to resolve it but wanted to make sure your purse gets to you safely. It’s Signature required. Please keep me posted.

@katiemody Hey Girl, talked to your post office and I was told that the item was scanned at the wrong post office, so they will forward it to the right one. This is the number (773) 767-1590, name of the person I talked to is Baylock. She will call me back but you can follow up too.

@katiemody the lady I talked said that they forwarded the item to the right post office so it should be on it’s way to you and she will call me for an update. I can not verify the address because I didn’t send it to your directly. Maybe it will help if you call and verify the address? I have sent posh 4 emails and no response! It’s frustrating. So I had to reach out to the post office and USPS is normally good at tracking just need a little push.

@katiemody I wish I can do more! I called Baylock again and told me that her new clerk didn’t scan the item before it shipped back to distribution center, she told me to wait another day or two. Posh has not responded to me. This never happened before, at least this long. Is your zip code ends in 54? She was asking me but I don’t know so yes, please if you can call them. I was going to file an inquiry but I don’t have the recipients address.😕

@katiemody ok, they sent the purse to 62, so they were unable to deliver and sent it back to distro so it can be sent to the right zip area. Let’s hope it shows up in a day or two. Sorry you had to wait too long.
