missdana75 I am very sorry you were not happy with your purchase. I was shocked to receive such a bad review. It is my first one in over 200 sales. The zipper must have broke in transit because it was not broken when I packaged the jacket. The pictures on the listing show the zipper worked. Poshmark would have gladly refunded you if you photographed the broken zipper and submitted a claim. I would have gladly accepted the return to relist and not sell at such a low price.
