mariagrey1978 Hello Katie:) I apologize for the misunderstanding. The earrings you purchased from me were new and shipped to you in the packaging they were delivered in to me when I listed. They were also advertised, listed and sold as 14 karat gold when I ordered them. Without having a jeweler who has training and equipment to confirm I have to use the product description given along with my own common sense of course....

mariagrey1978 ...If having a jeweler look at each item listed in my closet to confirm the product listing was realistic and feasible I would love to do that. So I have to trust as a buyer that the seller has good reviews and nothing compromising. I would not list or sell anything that's not accurate unless for some crazy reason it's faulty on the supplier I ordered from which in that case I take responsibility for....
