kmflynn310 @danielledunc Hi, we spoke a couple of weeks ago... I hope I’m not bothering you but I have a question. I have an offer on an item that I am waiting for a response. Then someone else made an offer. I have to wait for the response from the first person before I counter the second person correct?? I don’t want to be rude. Do I mention it to the second person or just wait for the first one? Thanks in advance!!!

danielledunc @kmflynn310 Hi there! You can go ahead and counter the 2nd offer even while the first is still active. If it sells it will give the 1st offer customer a message that the item is no longer available.

danielledunc @kmflynn310 If you’d like to give the first offer an opportunity to purchase first you can message them (I would do this within the bundle so the message is private just between you two) and let them know you have another offer but want to give them a chance to purchase and detail what it would take to close the sale/your bottom line. I would also put some sort of time frame on it as well so your 2nd offer isn’t waiting forever. Hope this helps!
