katietighe @suddenly42 I didn't intend to be rude or disrespect you, but I understand how it might feel that way. I usually offer a bit low, sometimes people accept my offer, sometimes they counter offer. Other times they just don't respond. If you're interested in negotiating, perhaps we could find a mutually agreeable price. If not, I wish you all the best.

katietighe @suddenly42 One other thing I should've mentioned is that when I make an offer I consider the fact that I can't return it if it doesn't fit. So, there's a decent risk that I won't be able to use the item at all, which has happened to me several times. In this case, I've actually been researching the boots online today and realized that a 38 would be too small. If I'd bought them, I wouldn't have been able to wear them, so it seems it worked out in the end. But I sincerely wish you the best.
