ca_stylist Hello you purchased my Zara tan boots. If you weren’t happy with the boots, why did you accept the purchase and then give me a low star review afterwards? You should have returned the purchase for a refund. That makes no sense!

mspantidakis Hi there! I sent out a dress to you yesterday, but after sending it I realized it's not the one you ordered! You ordered the Maeve black and pink print dress and I sent you another Anthropologie dress. I am so sorry. I will send you the correct dress today and you can keep the other one as a gift ! It's a size extra small, so I hope you love it and that it fits you. It really is gorgeous too! Again, my apologies!

mspantidakis @kkerrigan621 Good morning! What you’re going to want to do it go into your purchases and click on the “problem” or “open Case” tab.Then you can relay to Poshmark support that you received the wrong dress. I have not shipped out your ordered dress yet because I need them to send me a shipping label. And they are waiting for you to report the problem so that they can resolve it ( by sending me a new shipping label ).

I was really shocked to be told that they haven't processed my packages due to short of staffs and they still kept them in the local post office!( and a lot of other packages from local residential senders).

vegiem I had made an official complaint and some one called me this evening and promised we will be able to see the tracking tomorrow! I am really sorry for the delay. I had a few other packages dropped off this week and none of them is in the tracking system yet.
