katiepeyton1 Hi Melana! Thank you for sending the bag. I was replacing one I had that had worn out, so when I saw it was like-new, I knew what I was getting. But, the strap seems to have been damaged and resewn back on without the little plastic piece that makes it adjustable. Maybe you didn't realize?

melanabay @katiepeyton1 I didn’t see that! I go over all merchandise with a “fine tooth comb.” I honestly thought that was part of the zipper. I’m happy to give you a full refund. My apologies if I missed something. I only had it for a short time and barely used it. I never sewed anything, I promise. I’d rather refund than have a questionable rating. 😌 Thanks for taking the time to fill me in. 💕

katiepeyton1 Oh, that makes sense! The reason it's hard to carry is because that element is missing--when it's there, it's actually very comfortable! How do I change the rating? I was just so bummed! 💕

melanabay @katiepeyton1 I think you just go back to the sale to change it?? That would be great. I would love to see a picture because the bag is so ornate with zippers I honestly didn’t see anything g wrong. I’m glad you’re using it!! 💕
