luciserrano17 @kb78210 hi sweety just wanted to let you know I shipped your item on Monday but USPS hasn’t updated the tracking # . I asked and they said sometimes it doesn’t get scanned until it reached the destination ! I’m sorry I’m going to keep an eye on it !

susiemiller626 I still haven't received the dragon. you sold me an item with missing pieces and never sent the missing pieces. poshmark closed this case and since I was ripped off due to your negligence, I will be reporting this to my card company and request a refund from them .

kb78210 @susiemiller626 I am very sorry that you are upset, but I shipped that dragon a few days after posh Mark sent me the label. In all honesty, you have been waiting in a month, but due to an honest mistake it’s been a little delayed. Your Dragon will get there, I am confident, but as you know Covid has cause multiple delays in shipping so I ask for your patience before reporting it to your credit card. Just a few more weeks. These shipping delays are terrible but very common right now

kb78210 @susiemiller626 I have filed a second case for us with poshmark. I would also like to ask that you are honest with your language. We both know that you were not ripped off, and there was no negligence. It was an honest mistake for forgetting a dragon prop, but sending you a whole costume for an extremely discounted price. The dragon has been sent. I do not wish to argue, but I think it’s very important to be honest in a platform where feedback is so important to my sales.
