@shellysozcloset Just amended it again. It won’t take my Po BOx 638 for some reason. Can you write that on the label as well as we don’t have a Postal Delivery service (no postman in our town)

@katiegwa Hi 👋🏼 do you think it because it is delivered by ‘Sendle’ not AusPost?!? Sendle drops off to your house or a local ‘Sendle’ office. I hope this helps 😊

@katiegwa hi Katie, unfortunately sendle won’t take it to a PO Box even if I wrote it on the address they wouldn’t drop it there for you.
They drop it off at your front door, so even if you aren’t home they will leave it there. Have you got a work address or family/friends house we’re it can be dropped off If you don’t feel happy about it going to your house?

@shellysozcloset we live in a remote town in the Kimberley’s wa. No Sendle office hear. I live out of town on rural property so I guaranteed it won’t be dropped at my house!
I don’t know what else to put on there?
My actual address is 50 Harrier Close. We have Suite 638 which is something I pay for through Australia Post which is supposed to fix this sort of thing. I might see if I can try the post office address with Suite number on it.

I have tried to print them out a few times and it’s not printing it out, I will message Poshmark support in the morning. (It’s weird because it is saying pick up date tomorrow but I can’t get a copy of it)

@helmur12 @katiegwa hi I just received a email back from Poshmark support. They said the 2nd address that has been put in is also a post office. They are going to try and contact you Katie and if there is no no actual address they will have to cancel the order and refund your money. Please check with family, friends or work if your parcel can go to them.
Helen I think you will have to contact support about your parcel too 😀

@katiegwa Hi 👋🏼 I am unable to put a ‘hold’ your item. I have emailed both Poshmark and Sendle. Poshmark has now given me a shipping label for you. Sendle said they offer delivery to remote areas. I also saw on their website they have Kununurra listed on their remote delivery area. Usually if they can’t do it they work with local couriers. Are you happy for me to continue with shipping your item. Please confirm. Cheers!! 😊

@katiegwa it will show up and if the worst case scenario happens and you didn’t receive it Poshmark will reimburse both the buyer and the seller within a day of the seller letting them know. There customer service is so good

@helmur12 I hope so. Nothings turned up yet! I asked our one local courier that do Greyhound, FedEx, Starexpress and lots of other but they don’t do Sendle. So apart from Australia post - not sure how it gets here!
