christstyle Hi Katie the fabric is not stiff at all but very stretchy and I took new photos and uploaded them for you to check All measurements taken flat lay The pit to pit is 17.5 inch when stretched Waist is 15.5 inch when stretched and the hem is 16.5 inch (not stretched) I would say it will fit a Medium fine I’m a Large in LL Bean and it’s me perfectly Hope that helps 😊
