coreridex Hi Katrina, I recently purchased the black Betsey heels from you and unfortunately there are a few issues. Some of the spikes appear to have been damaged in shipping....one ripped off completely and a small portion of the glitter behind the spikes appears to be squished. On top of that my regular shoe size is 7 .....but even with the cobblers bar they are too big/heavy and fall off my heel. I am going to try to return them and I didn't want you to be out of the loop. I'm sorry for the trouble =)

pipidixie @coreridex oh noooooo!! That’s crazy. The shoes have never been worn and I’m really concerned that they got damaged in route to you. I’m not quite sure how they got damaged. If their too heavy I understand but I don’t know how they could r got damaged. Can you please send me pictures of the areas?

coreridex @pipidixie I am not sure how to send pictures but I will figure it out asap. also the package has a 2" puncture/tear in it. I think that a heaver package was placed on top of it and the pressure is what damage the box and the shoes. Thankfully though I think the spikes can be fixed with some super glue and black nail polish.
