j3n_ayy Hi! I accidentally put your name and shipping label on the wrong item. Your package is going to have a tank top instead of the jeans. I contacted poshmark to ask them to send you a return label (as well as the other buyer of the tank) and then I can get them sent to the right people I am so sorry this happened. I always double check and must have thought I had it right. My apologies.

j3n_ayy @princessnopants that may work you can try it that if you would like. Still waiting to hear back from Poshmark. As soon as I hear something I will let you know. So sorry! I've also already talked to the other person who received your pants so once I hear from poshmark everything should be good. They should either send both of you a return shipping label to me, then I can resend them or someone told me that they may send you both each other's label and you can send the items to each other.

j3n_ayy @princessnopants I got an email back! Here is what it said 'Thanks for your email. Please be sure to have the buyer open up a formal return case with us on the order page by clicking "Problems/Order Inquiry." Cases must be opened within 3 days of the item being delivered to your shipping address, and the order must not be marked as received. We hope this helps!' Just make sure to do it as soon as possible because it has to be done within 3 days😊😊
