kat_high @leslie5298 Hello I wash all my items and I don’t have a pet. It is a wool skirt. Are you sure it’s not from the skirt? I aim for my customers to be happy however. If you are not please, file a return with Poshmark so that you can get a return label. They will require photos of the problem you described. Thank you for shipping my closet.
