salesisters Hi Katrina, I am so sorry, when I was shipping out your shoes I put the wrong label on the box and sent you kid shiking boots instead of the rockport shoes. Could you please join the case I had to open because I messed up the packaging. I am so sorry but I am working to fix the situation and make sure you get the shoes you ordered. vicky449 I see that you only gave me a two star rating for the shoes that you purchased saying that they were too tight. I wear a nine, the shoes were a size nine. I actually have a fairly wide foot and thought those were comfortable, I just can't wear heels due to a knee surgery. I believe they were properly advertised, clean, nicely wrapped and shipped out within 24 hours. I feel that dinging my rating for the size is very unfair.
