kg2840 @katrinaj725 I am SO SORRY. I have no idea what’s happening, so I went to the post office to inquire. They search the route and can’t figure it out. I was assured it’s now headed back to you. I ALWAYS SHIP ASAP this has NEVER happened to me before. I’m truly sorry.

kg2840 @katrinaj725 I’m sick over this, I t’s not about the sale. It’s about disappointing a buyer and having no control over it. I totally understand how you feel. You’ve been patient and very understanding.They told me you would have it by now😟 I’m going back today and demand someone make this a priority. It’s bad enough that you never received your package, they aren’t even returning it back to me? I will continue to update you. You deserve to know what happen.

katrinaj725 It's not your fault. It seems like once it gets here to the Southern Maryland distribution center they are the ones that are routing it back to you. Maybe these idiots can get it right. Don't stress you have been incredibly kind and patient throughout this foolishness.

kg2840 @katrinaj725 Went to the post office and they tried talking to the office in Capital Heights but were put on hold two times and no one ever picked up. A friend suggested I contact the Attorney General on a Monday. I’m going to look into doing that. This is too outta control. I can’t even get upset at the post office here, it’s not their fault and they too are baffled.

katrinaj725 I looked earlier and they are definitely on the way back to NC. Only thing I can think is to not send via the post office or certified mail. But Capitol Heights post office is the problem here.

kg2840 @katrinaj725 the lady at my PO suggested if it comes back to us for her to relabel it. I said NOOOOOO that would really mess it up, my buyer could no longer track it, Poshmark has no way of knowing when it was delivered etc. she was trying to be helpful and the thought of chaos ran through my mind😂😂

kg2840 I gave her my personal number. She’s going to call tomorrow wherever it shows up and tell them to hold it. We all believe the error is in Capital Heights they are the ones who keep returning it back to Raleigh. I don’t even live in Raleigh? I live in Cary, NC🤷🏽‍♀️
