acheekycloset Hi Katrina, you purchased the Crewcuts Gladiator sandals from my shop and my daughter has mysteriously placed the right shoe somewhere in the house so that’s why they haven’t shipped yet. I just need a day or so to find it. If you’d rather me cancel the order I’m more than happy to do that but I know I’ll come across it in the next day or so. acheekycloset Hi Katrina... It's me again. Sorry to bother you. I know you've been notified that the Crewcut sandals are on their way but I made a huge goof-up. I shipped another customer's order (Stride Rite shoes) using your shipping label. So the package you should be receiving in the next day or so are actually the wrong shoes.

acheekycloset Ugh I'm sorry and embarrassed for making this mistake and for also a delay in your order. I've downloaded the new shipping label and I'm hoping I can get that to you somehow and if you'd be able to pop that new shipping label over the old one and place it in the mail. I'm sorry I'm even having to ask you to do that for me! I've contacted Poshmark 4 times and i'm still waiting to hear back from them. I'm so so sorry for putting you through this!

katrinajbradley @acheekycloset Ah!! So sorry didn’t see this before I opened the bag!!! It’s totally fine! I get it....I’m a mom of six and I have definite good-up moments! (My 6 year old was excited for a minute, thinking he was getting new shoes! Haha!) I will ship these out if you send me the label and then just sit tight for the other sandals! Thanks!

I have your Crewcuts Gladiator sandals packaged and ready to go (along with a few other items I've included as a thanks for being so patient with me during this transaction). I'm frustrated Poshmark isn't moving very quickly on helping me sort out the Stride Rite shoes but hopefully today I'll know something. acheekycloset Thank you for trying to help! I received an email from Poshmark saying you've been issued a shipping label to send the shoes back to me and then I will send them on to the customer. If you haven't received that shipping label, let me know and I'll reach out to Poshmark to make sure you do. Your correct order should be arriving on Saturday! Woohoo!

acheekycloset @katrinajbradley I’m so happy you’re daughter liked the package. So sorry again for all the mixup. I can’t believe poshmark hasn’t sent you a new shopping label to send them back to me. I will contact them for the eighth time to figure out what’s going on with that. I also think I have to relist the gladiator sandals since the order was cancelled. You’ll just need to repurchase them.

katrinajbradley So, I’m embarrassed to say, but Poshmark sent a return label to me on April 4th and I missed it because it went into my junk mailbox. I just thought this morning that I should look and see...sure enough it was there 🥴 I will get the boys sandals sent back to you ASAP! So sorry for the hassle!!
